A teenager from Eastern Cape was arrested for strangling a 91-year-old woman to death in a shocking incident that shook the neighborhood. According to Captain Welile Matyolo, the suspect broke into the victim's residence at 2 am and attacked the elderly woman while she was sleeping in her bedroom. 

He then assaulted the daughter of the deceased in the second bedroom
